Running a 45-Day Blueprint Launch Sprint

The sprint cadence, roles, and artefacts that take an NVIDIA blueprint from whiteboard to production users in six weeks.

NVIDIA's blueprints are powerful accelerators, but they still need enterprise-grade execution. We run them as a 45-day sprint so momentum never dips.

Sprint Cadence

  1. Week 0: Define the use case, success metrics, and blueprint fit (Enterprise Research, RAG Pipeline, VSS, or Flywheel).
  2. Week 1: Stand up landing zones, access controls, and CI/CD scaffolding.
  3. Week 2: Connect data sources, build ingestion pipelines, and configure evaluation harnesses.
  4. Week 3: Customise UI, integrate identity, and invite pilot users.
  5. Week 4: Run red-team, governance, and security testing.
  6. Week 5: Launch to production cohort, capture feedback, and lock the runbook.

Roles & RACI

We keep the RACI lean: product owner, platform engineer, model engineer, security lead, and operations. Anything more and decision latency kills the sprint.

Artefacts

  • Architecture diagram with data/classification annotations.
  • Evaluation and guardrail matrix.
  • Runbook with incident response and rollback.
  • Board-ready summary showing value, cost, and roadmap.

The output is a production deployment, not a slide deck. That's how we earn the right to keep iterating.
